Outfit: Food Truckin’ in Texas

From my Texas road trip with Best Western, one of my favorite things we did was a food tour of Austin through its colorful and cheeky (and tasty) food trucks. For the outdoorsy dinner crawl in the Texas heat (which since it was over 90 degrees F was luckily more of a bus tour), I sported an ikat pattern top from Territory Ahead, denim shorts I made, and UGG’s lightweight Cantrell suede chukka boot style.

Travel Tip: For the food trucks stopped by on the tour that I’d recommend – Turf N’ Surf Po Boy (located in the new food trailer park, The Picnic, and serves tasty fish tacos), Ms P’s Electric Cock (the chicken was good, but make sure to get the truffle mac n cheese!) and Burro Cheese Kitchen (cheese is clearly the greatest food group in the world for me, so if you stop by here get the Croque Madame). More of the outfit I wore below.
