As the original story goes, a young lion returns from exile in adulthood and is ready to reclaim the throne that was stolen from him and his father by his treacherous uncle.

A beautiful masterpiece, I’ve been a fan of the lion ever since I first saw it when I was kid when it came out back in the 90s. To see it magically remade was and basically brought to life has brought on a new connection to the movie for me. I’ve been luckily to have visited Africa once before, but now I want to go back again after seeing Favreau’s remake! For now, I can’t wait to watch the film over and over again with this lovely SteelBook edition from Best Buy!
