Model Colby Melvin is best known for his popular work with Andrew Christian, which included video segments such as the Road Trip series and a photo session that had him drenched in paint in a collaboration with The Underwear Expert. A self proclaimed goofball, his fandom grew quickly on the web, and he’s been working on developing his own entertainment group, Colbra, with his fiancée and fellow Andrew Christian model, Brandon Brown (below). As an LGBT activist, Colby is also always sharing news and entertainment reads on his social media accounts and website, and partaking in events to raise money for gay causes.

Sushi A Go Go – Located in the Farmers Market at The Grove, Sushi A  Go Go offers the best sashimi in town according to Colby.

The Stinking Rose – A favorite restaurant, with two locations on the West Coast (Beverly Hills and San Francisco), enjoy Californian-Italian cuisine with garlic as a major component in the dishes served. Colby loves the roasted garlics.

Tortilla Republic – If you like to drink your meals, Colby suggests this Mexican grill and its ‘tequilera’ serves the best margaritas around.

Where To Shop:

While he is often seen sans clothing, Colby says Block Party WeHo is “GREAT” for underwear and tank tops.

“St. Felix at Santa Monica and Robertson has a great happy hour and patio that’s great for evening relaxation and people watching,” said Colby, who a outside of WeHo as well and is what he calls the best gay beach, West Street Beach in Laguna (above).

Monday: Revolver for karaoke with Courtney Act
Tuesday: Evita at BloK, “very fun ballroom/New York scene where people dress in costumes”
Wednesday: Stripper Circus at Here Lounge by Paul Nicholls and Woody Woodbeck, has an open bar until 11 and usually a performance.
Thursday: Guys Gone Wild at The Abbey, hosted by Rhea Litre with giveaways and the hottest dancers,
Friday: Zodiac Party at Micky’s
Saturday: Confession Saturdays at The Abbey
Sunday: Sunday Funday at The Abbey during the day, followed by Size at Here Lounge with Tom Whitman
